After creating a seller account and completing verification, click "Post Property" from your dashboard. Fill in property details, upload photos using your camera, and submit required documents (TCT/Deed of Sale). Admin will review and approve within 1-2 business days.

You'll need to provide photos of your Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) or Deed of Sale. Use your camera to capture ALL pages (front and back if applicable). Additional supporting documents like tax declarations and permits are also helpful.

Yes! When listing a property, toggle "Multiple Units" and specify total units and available units. Perfect for apartment buildings or condos. Each booking automatically decreases available units, and you can adjust availability anytime.

Go to your Profile page and click "Re-verify Account." Use your camera to take a photo of your government-issued ID and a selfie holding your ID. Submit for review, and you'll receive approval within 24 hours.

We accept government-issued IDs such as Driver's License, Passport, National ID, PhilHealth ID, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, and other valid government IDs. Make sure all text is clearly visible in your photo.
