The email has to be real
Signing up does not get you in. We send a one-time link to the address given, and the account stays closed until it is opened. An address nobody can receive mail at never becomes an account.
A government ID and a live selfie
Sellers submit a valid ID and take a selfie through the camera, in the app — not a photo chosen from a gallery. An administrator compares the two before the account is marked verified.
Proof the property is theirs
Every listing carries photographs of its Deed of Sale or Transfer Certificate of Title, or a tax declaration. One per property — a verified seller still cannot post a house they cannot document.
Nothing is public until it is reviewed
A new listing is not hidden behind a label — it is not on the site at all. It appears in browse only after an administrator approves it, and it comes straight back down if a seller’s verification lapses.
Verification does not expire quietly. When a seller’s documents lapse they are moved back to re-verification, and their listings leave the site until the new ones are approved.
